Our surveys, polls, and other promotions are dispersed through a multi-channel of global venues using Internet-based research tools, telemarketing, trade shows and consumer events. These participants are compensated in a variety of ways, such as gift certificates, prizes and trips. By filling out these surveys, participants are giving CentricSurvey.com and Centric Survey.com partners the permission to send offers and information via email. Participants can opt-out at any time.

All entrants who participate in a Survey (“the Survey”) will be compensated differently; therefore the number and value of Prizes vary for each. To be eligible, each participant must fully complete and submit the Survey before the “closing” of that particular project.

No participant will be allowed multiple attempts to complete the Survey. If multiple survey completion attempts are received from the same e-mail address, and or postal address, only the first survey received will be allowed, all additional entries will be disregarded.

CentricSurvey.com Membership - All individuals that complete the necessary registration forms to become a new qualified member of the CentricSurvey.com and partners site will be compensated once all phases of a completed survey are received.  Again, compensation will vary based on the different surveys.

General Information – For the online entries, use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited. Any attempts by an individual to access the site via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that IP address becoming ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel online memberships.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries; or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions or failure; or for delayed, garbled or corrupted data transmitted by participants via the Internet. All entries and completed Survey data becomes the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By completing the Survey or joining the CentricSurvey.com, entrants accept and agree to be bound by the above guidelines.

Eligibility - Unless otherwise specified in the invitation, the Surveys are open only to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. All gift certificates, prizes and trips are payable in U.S. dollars. United States federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the participant. All CentricSurvey.com participants must have a valid account with the correct mailing address associated in order to redeem their gift certificates, prizes and trips.

At the discretion of the Sponsor, participants may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, except where prohibited, a Publicity Release. Affidavit must be returned within 15 days of receipt. If required, and the affidavit is not returned within the time period specified, the participant will be disqualified.

Release of Liability - All participants release Centricsurvey.com, its clients, and each of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this website from any and all liability. The Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participant, website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Survey by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of Survey submissions.

The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Survey. Additionally, the Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in any Survey or panel membership application.
